Stainless steel screw piles are characterized by their highest strength and resistance to various external aggressive factors. Screw piles with cast steel tips significantly reduce the negative impact of mobile, thawing soils on the foundation base. They also significantly reduce both the time and material costs of construction.

Foundations installed on screw piles do not require settling and are immediately ready to bear new loads. This greatly accelerates the pace of construction.

The properties and characteristics of screw-cast steel pile tips.

To ensure optimal protection against moisture, corrosion, and stray currents, piles are additionally treated with powder-polymer compositions and coated with zinc powder-polymer primers. This ensures the product's prolonged and impeccable performance, even in the most challenging conditions.

Screw piles with cast steel tips are characterized by their strength, resistance to deformation, and ability to withstand temperature fluctuations. These structures are manufactured with a shaft diameter between 57 and 426 mm. A wide range of standard sizes allows for the selection of products suitable for various types of soil, taking into account the requirements for load-bearing capacity of the structure.

During construction on uneven terrain, no leveling or backfilling is required, even for significant height differences.
