Helical piles with cast tips are characterized by their extremely high strength and resistance to various external aggressive influences. In addition to significantly reducing the negative impact of moving and thawing soils on the foundation base, helical piles with cast tips allow for a substantial reduction in the time and material costs of constructing an object.

Properties and Features of Helical Piles with Cast Tips

For maximum protection against moisture, corrosion, and stray currents, the piles are additionally treated with powder-polymer compositions and coated with zinc powder-polymer primers, ensuring long-lasting and impeccable performance of the products even in the most critical conditions.

Helical piles with cast tips are characterized by their strength, resistance to deformations, and ability to withstand temperature fluctuations. The constructions are produced with a shaft diameter ranging from 57 to 426 mm. A wide selection of standard sizes allows for choosing products suitable for different soils, taking into account the requirements for the bearing capacity of the foundation.

The high mechanical properties make helical structures indispensable:

  • In construction on terrains with complex relief - no leveling or filling of the area is required, even with significant changes in height.
  • In the construction of extensions - the installation of the piles does not harm adjacent buildings.;
  • In the reinforcement of foundations - the specific installation method allows for the use of the structures to increase the bearing capacity of foundations that are in an emergency state.

The presence of cast tips allows for the laying of foundations in areas with large fragmented gravelly soils, even when the soil contains anthropogenic inclusions.
